Q: How do the Scriptures/concepts from this week help you grow as a disciple who loves God, loves people & serves the world (lives on incarnational mission) in everyday life?
Q: Based on these Scriptures, how can you move from unbelief to belief, from just knowing to actually doing in your life?

Q: Read Acts 19:8-10. Paul tried to teach in the synagogue but was rejected, so he went into the local university & stayed for 2 years! What can we learn from this & how can we put it into practice in our own context?
Q: And idol is anything that tries to replace God in your heart by governing or directing your heart/life. What kind of idols do you see in or around you? How are some seemingly good & some obviously wrong?
Q: Some people saw the power of God over the world & tried to use it for their own selfish gain. How do you see that today?

Q: Read Acts 19:23. Following Jesus (Christianity) was referred to as “The Way” & it was both disruptive & healing to the systems of the world around it. What can we learn from this & how can we put it into practice in an appropriate way?
NOTES & QUOTES
“When the people of God proclaim the Gospel in faithfulness, they will meet open and eager hostility. Christians must not, however, lose heart upon rejection. God reigns supreme over the cosmos and providentially governs all things according to the good and perfect purposes of His will. Rejection, therefore, cannot paralyze the faithful disciple who, with assurance in God’s goodness, boldly advances the message of the Gospel.” (Acts For You, 93)
